| L’Associazione della Stampa di Basilicata manifesta forte disappunto per i criteri individuati a suo tempo dalla Provincia di Potenza come requisiti di idoneità per la partecipazione al “Concorso pubblico, per titoli ed esami, per la copertura di n° 2 posti di giornalista collaboratore (ctg. D, posizione economica D1)”. In risposta a quanto dichiarato dall’Ente che – in una nota – ha sottolineato l’esigenza della laurea come requisito necessario per legge al fine di inquadrare i vincitori nella categoria e posizione economica D, questa Associazione contesta la scelta di restringere il campo delle candidature solo alle persone in possesso della laurea in “Scienze della Comunicazione” e “Relazioni pubbliche”. Tale scelta contrasta con i principi sanciti dalla legge 150 del 2000 che richiede il possesso delle due lauree specifiche per svolgere negli enti pubblici attività di comunicazione, non di informazione (come da regolamento attuativo L.150/2000 artt. 2 e 3). La scelta adottata non può essere giustificata dalla necessità di individuare titoli conformi all’attività da svolgere, posto che l’idoneità professionale dei soggetti è già implicita nell’iscrizione all’Albo dei Giornalisti. Questa restrizione, inoltre, oltre a creare ingiustificata confusione tra due attività - informazione e comunicazione - che sono e devono restare distinte, penalizza in modo indiscriminato e non ragionevole tutti quei colleghi laureati in discipline diverse che non possono partecipare alle selezioni. Preso atto che l’individuazione dei criteri operata dell’Ente ha carattere puramente discrezionale, l’Assostampa di Basilicata sollecita il neo eletto Presidente della Provincia a rivedere i requisiti di accesso alle selezioni per la copertura dei due posti di giornalista collaboratore presso In particolare si chiede di rivedere il bando per garantire la possibilità di concorrere alla selezione a tutti i colleghi laureati iscritti all’Albo, evitando così di incorrere in una distinzione forzata che questa Associazione giudica distante dal criterio di ragionevolezza che dovrebbe muovere tutte le decisioni della Pubblica Amministrazione. Il sindaco di Potenza, Vito Santarsiero, ha scritto una lettera al Presidente del consiglio di amministrazione delle Fal, Matteo Colamussi, chiedendo l’avvio immediato di lavori di miglioramento dei servizi ferroviari lungo la tratta metropolitana. ——————————————————————————- caro “sinn’c’ sant’arsiero”, le fal hanno fatto finora orecchie da ferroviere ad ogni pur ovvia richiesta che da quella convenzione pur sarebbe dovuta scaturire a norma di logica, più che di contratto…la tratta urbana delle fal va potenziata al massimo e resa congrua rispetto agli orari dei bus urbani, extraurbani e delle ferrovie dello stato, altrimenti che servizio integrato è?…si dia da fare a rendere efficiente un sistema di trasporti pubblici da quarto mondo e magari quando le va di riprendere quel discorso sul trasporto pubblico gratuito che il sottoscritto ha avanzato in campagna elettorale e lei stesso aveva definito come fattibile, non si faccia scrupoli a sollevare la cornetta ed a chiamare…tanto il sindaco rimane lei, anche se dovesse realizzare una proposta di altri (comunità lucana - movimento no oil) |
